Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
You have a "timed" (rather than distance), there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 

Session: 70min Run                                     

30mins Easy (turn 15mins) Course 1

15mins 10km Pace (turn 7.5mins) Course 2

25mins Race Pace (turn 12.5mins) Course 1
 

Course 1 Description:

  • Run up Lyttelton St to Sparks Road, turn left.

  • Turn left into the pathway that follows the perimeter of Centennial Park, coming out onto Rose St. 

  • Cross over Rose St carefully at our cones, turn right and run up to Hoonhay Road. Turn left. 

  • Run along Hoonhay Road that will bring you onto Cashmere Road. 

  • Continue along the pathway beside the river towards Barrington St.

  • At your turn time, reverse the course and head straight into your next set on Course 2….
     

Course 2 Description:

  • Run past the meeting point and up to Hoonhay Rd, turn RIGHT.

  • Run along Hoonhay Road to Sparks Road, turn right.

  • At your turnaround time, turn and come back to the meeting point and go straight into your final set on Course 1..

Post Race Catch Up

After your race, we would love to catch up with you to celebrate your race and your 10 week journey with RaceTeam.

Time: 5.00pm - 7.00pm
Venue: Upstairs Bar, Foxglove - 33 Queens Wharf


We have booked out a space just for us for a post race catch up with you.
