Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
You have a "timed" (rather than distance), there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 

150min Run:                                        
30mins easy running (turn 15mins) Course 1
70mins at race pace (turn 35mins) Course 2
20mins easy running (turn 10mins) Course 1
30mins at race pace (turn 15mins) Course 2

 

Course 1 Description: 

  1. Run along the riverside pathway to Barrington St, turn left.

  2. Run along Barrington St, taking care crossing over Rose St and continue up to Frankleigh St, turn left. 

  3. Run along Frankleigh St to Lyttelton St, turn left. 

  4. Run to the end of Lyttelton St, turn left. 

  5. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the meeting point and start straight into Set 2 on Course 2…
     

Course 2 Description: 

  1. Run towards Princess Margaret Hospital.

  2. Continue around unto Hoonhay Road and run up to Rose St.

  3. Turn right into Rose Street and run towards Barrington St. 

  4. At Barrington St turn right running towards the hills.

  5. Continue up to the roundabout, cross over carefully and onto Cashmere Road.

  6. Run along Cashmere Road and onto Colombo St. 

  7. Run up Colombo St and follow our markers that will lead you onto Ashgrove Tce.

  8. Continue along to Barrington St and turn right.

  9. Run along Barrington St to Somerfield St turn right.

  10. Run up to Studhome St, turn right. 

  1. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the meeting point and start straight into Set 3 on Course 1…
     

Water Station:

There will be a water station at the start/finish point on the course. Water will be provided at this station.

After your race, we would love to catch up with you to celebrate your race and your 10 week journey with RaceTeam.
