Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description: Race Day Practice Session
We want you to treat this session like it's race day with regards to preparation and the how you execute the session itself. This is a great opportunity to practice this stuff. Make sure you have watched your Week 6 meeting in your portal before this session and do the preparation. 

 

Course Description: This is a 6km lap course
Beginner 18km: 3 x laps
Intermediate 21km: Out and back to 1.5km then 3 x laps
Advanced 23km: Out and back to 2.5km then 3 x laps

 

  1. From the meeting point, run down Eastern Tce to Malcolm Ave. Turn right. 

  2. Run to the end and turn right into Waimea Tce. You are now beside the river. 

  3. Continue along to Colombo St. Turn left and follow our directions that will lead you into Hunter Tce. You are now back beside the river on the opposite side.

  4. Continue along to Malcolm Ave. Turn right. 

  5. Run up to Colombo St. Turn left. 

  6. At Remuera Ave, turn left and run around to Centaurus Road. Turn left. 

  7. Continue along, following the riverside pathway that will lead you behind the Centaurus Road shops and onto Palatine Tce. Continue straight. 

  8. At Buxton Tce, turn right and run up to St Martins Road. Turn left. 

  9. Continue along, following our directions that will lead you back onto Eastern Tce and the start point. 

  10. That is 1 x 6km lap. 
     

💧 Water Station:

There will be a water station at the start/finish point on the course. Water and cups will be provided at this station.
