Session Description: 10km Race (Redo your VDot based on this 10km time)

3.5km is the furthest marker due to the Parkrun people coming from the opposite direction.

  • From Scott Park, follow the Coastal Pathway around Beachville Road towards Sumner. You have 2 sections to your run: Out and back to 3.5km marker, then out and back to 1.5km marker
