Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description: 10km Race (Redo your VDot based on this 10km time)​

  1. We start by running up the pathway towards the netball courts, turn right.

  2. Run on the left hand side of the path at all times.

  3. Follow the perimeter of the park all the way around to the 5km marker.

  4. Turnaround and reverse the course to the finish.

  5. Please stay on the pathway at all times and watch out for scooters, cyclists and other using the pathways. Always check before you turnaround.
