Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description: 10km Race (Redo your VDot based on this 10km time)
Please keep left on the Coastal Pathway and don't block the pathway for others.

Please be alert for scooters, cyclists and other using the Coastal Pathway. 
Watch out for overgrown plants on the side of the pathway - they are a tripping hazard!

Always check before you turnaround. 
 

❗️3.5km is the furthest marker due to the Scarborough Parkrun coming from the opposite direction.
 

  1. From Scott Park, follow the Coastal Pathway around Beachville Road towards Sumner.

  2. Turnaround at the 3.5km marker and reverse the course to the turnaround cones at the start.

  3. Then do an out and back to 1.5km marker.
