Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive

Session Description: 10km Race (Redo your VDot based on this 10km time)

  1. You are running on the Coastal Pathway for the duration of your run

  2. Please keep to the left and run no more than 2 abreast - share the pathway with others

  3. Watch out for plants and tussocks overgrown on the pathway - tripping hazard!!

  4. You wear a listening device at your own risk, make sure you can hear what’s going on around you

  5. Please always check before you turnaround
     

❗️3.5km is the furthest marker due to the Parkrun coming from the opposite direction

  • From Scott Park, follow the Coastal Pathway around Beachville Road towards Sumner 

  • KM markers out: 1.5km, 3.5km

  • Out and back to 3.5km, then out and back to 1.5km
