Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive




Session Description:
You have a "timed" (rather than distance), there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 

Session: 90min Run:                                         
20mins easy running (turn 10mins) Course 1
10mins at 10km pace (turn 5mins) Course 2
50mins at race pace (turn 25mins) Course 1
10mins at 10km pace (turn 5mins)  Course 2  


Course 1 Description:

  • Run around Hansen Park coming out onto Louisson Place. Follow our cones onto Ford Road.

  • Run up Ford Road to Fifield Tce. Turn right.

  • Run along Fifield Tce to Ensors Road. Follow our cones over the bridge and onto the other side of the river - you are now on Riverlaw Tce running back towards Hansen Park. 

  • Continue along to Armstrong Ave, turn right running up to Centaurus Road.

  • Run along to Aynsley Terrace and turn left. 

  • Cross over Aynsley Terrace at our cones and continue along to Grange St. Turn right. 

  • Run up Grange St to Opawa Road, turn right.

  • At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start and go straight into Set 2 on Course 2…

Course 2 Description:

  • Continue straight past the meeting point and follow the pathway leading you beside the river coming out onto Fifield Terrace.

  • At Beckford Road, turn right.

  • Run up to Hawford Road, turn left.

  • Run up to Ford Road, turn right.

  • Continue along Ford Road until your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start and go straight into Set 3 on Course 1…
