Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
You have a "timed" (rather than distance), there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 

Session: 90min Run:                                         
20mins easy running (turn 10mins) Course 1
30mins at race pace (turn 15mins) Course 2
10mins easy (turn 5mins) Course 1
30mins at race pace (turn 15mins)  Course 2  

 

Course 1 Description:

  • From Hansen Park, run along to Fifield Terrace.

  • Continue along Fifield Tce to Beckford Rd, turn right.

  • Run to the end, turn left into Hawford Rd.

  • Run up to Ford Road, turn right. 

  • Run up Ford Road Louisson Place, turn right running back towards Hansen Park.

  • At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start and go straight into Set 2 on Course 2…


Course 2 Description:

  • Continue straight past the meeting point and run around Hansen Park, coming out onto Louisson Place, turn left and onto Ford Road.

  • Continue along Ford Road to the end and turn right into Field Terrace.

  • Run along to Ensors Road/St Martins Road and follow our cones that will cross you over the bridge and onto Riverlaw Terrace. You are now on the opposite side of the river running back towards Hansen Park.

  • Continue along Riverlaw Tce to Armstrong Ave, turn right and run up to Centaurus Road.

  • Run along Centaurus Road

  • At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start and go straight into Set 3 on Course 1…
