Meeting Point: Beckenham Park - Eastern Tce side

Session Description:
You have a "timed" (rather than distance), there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set.
Session: 90min Run:
30mins easy running (turn 15mins) Course 1
15mins 10km pace (turn 7.5mins) Course 2
25mins race pace (turn 12.5mins) Course 1
20mins 10km pace (turn 10mins) Course 2
Course 1 Description:
-
Run along Eastern Tce to Sandwich Rd, turn right

Run to the end and turn right into Waimea Tce. You are now beside the river.

Continue along to Colombo St, turn left.
-
Follow our cones that will lead you into Hunter Tce, you are now back beside the river on the other side.

Run along to Malcolm Ave, turn right.

Run up to Colombo St, turn left.

Turn left into Remuera Ave and run around onto Centaurus Rd.

Continue straight, following the riverside pathway.

You will come out onto Palatine Tce. Continue along.

Turn at your turn time and reverse the course and then continue straight into Set 2 on Course 1….
Course 2 Description:
-
Run passed the meeting point and continue up to Tennyson St, turn left.

Run along to Colombo St, turn left.
-
At the florist, turn left onto Fisher Ave.
-
Turn at your turn time and reverse the course and then continue straight into Set 3 on Course 2….
