Your final run is here

5 weeks ago we started this programme together, our goal was to keep you moving and use the group to improve your running as well as provide an environment that is supportive and fun - we all need to look after ourselves at the moment and we want to help you look after you. 

Whatever your reason is for running, we hope that we have helped nurture you and develop you - and we want to continue to keep you running and facilitating your growth.

We hope you are proud of what you have achieved yourselves, but we have to say, our team is incredibly proud of you all.

Course Description:
Please run on the path at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and be responsible for your own safety.

  1. The 5km course is an out and back, with the turnaround point at 2.5km

  2. See the maps below for the start of your run and the full course map

  3. Remember, there are no coaches with you on this run - you will be doing it on your own. You've got this!

Our next Get up to Five and Club10k programmes start 31 August and are 8 week programmes.

We would love to see you back to help you keep running with your team and to help take you to the next level within yourselves as a runner.

  • Remember all that you have learned over the last 8 weeks, enjoy the experience - you are awesome.
     

  • We would love it if you could join us for a cup of coffee after your final run at Coenes, 103 Oriental Parade once everyone has finished we will see you there for a catch up ;o)
