Course Description:
All roads are open on this course, please follow the road rules at all times and be responsible for your own safety. 

  • After your coach-lead strength circuit...

  • Run towards Princess Margaret Hospital and continue around onto Hoonhay Road.

  • Run up Hoonhay Road to Rose Street, turn right.

  • Run up Rose Street towards Barrington St.

  • For those of you doing the 'Return' programme, your 3km marker will be on Rose St.
