Course Description:​​

  • After your coach-lead strength circuit...

  • Run around McCormacks Bay all the way to Main Road.

  • Follow our cones that will take you onto Main Road and onto the causeway. 

  • Run up Main Road to Taupata Street, turn right.

  • Get up to Five Beg, Int and Adv: At your turnaround time, reverse the course to the finish.

  • Get up to Five Return: The 3km marker will be out for you
