Course Description:​​

After your coach-lead strength circuit...
-
Run around McCormacks Bay all the way to Main Road.

Follow our cones that will take you onto Main Road and onto the causeway.

Run up Main Road to Taupata Street, turn right.

Get up to Five Beg, Int and Adv: At your turnaround time, reverse the course to the finish.

Get up to Five Return: The 3km marker will be out for you
