❗️We have our RaceTeam group starting at this same location before you, so please allow enough time to find a park and be at your briefing.
Course Description:

All roads are open on this course

Please run on the footpath at all times and not on the road

There are some uneven surfaces on this course, so watch your footing

If you choose to wear a listening device, you must be able to hear what is going on around you.

Your safety is your responsibility.

We will set you off on a warm up first and then we'll start you off on your 5km run at approximately 7.45am.

This is an out and back run - you run to the 2.5km marker, turn around and come back the same way.

Run around Hansen Park coming out onto Louission Place…continue STRAIGHT and run up to Opawa Road.

Follow our directions that will lead you back down to Ford Road, you will be running on the RIGHT HAND SIDE of Ford Road all the way down to Fifield Tce and the river.

At the end of Fifield Tce, turn right and run around the river to Ensor’s Road.

Follow our cones that will cross you over the bridge and onto Riverlaw Terrace.

Continue along Riverlaw Tce to the 2.5km marker. Turnaround and reverse the course to your finish line.

KM markers out: 1km, 2km, 2.5km

There will be no coaches, it will be about you doing it by yourself
