Session Description:
This is a "timed" run, there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 
 

Session: 75mins

30mins easy (turn 15mins) Course 1

15mins at 80% effort (turn 7.5mins) Course 2

30mins easy (turn 15mins) Course 1
 

Course 1 Description:

  1. Run down to Grange St, turn left.

  2. At the end of Grange St, turn left into Aynsley Tce.

  3. Follow along to our cones which will cross you over and lead you up to Centaurus Road, turn right.

  4. At Armstrong Ave, turn right and run down to the river, turn left you are now on Riverlaw Tce.

  5. Continue along to Ensor’s Road, follow our directions that will cross you over to the other side and onto Fifield Tce.

  6. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start point and start straight into Set 2 on Course 2…
     

Course 2 Description:

  1. Run past the entrance to this park and continue straight along Opawa Road to Port Hills Road, turn right

  2. Run along to Brabourne St, cross over where we indicate and turn right

  3. At Bishopsworth St, turn left. Run along to Grange St, turn left. 

  4. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start point and start straight into your final set back on Course 1
