Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

❗️Our RaceTeam group are also starting from this location at 7am. So allow extra time to find a park and be at the session briefing. Don't panic if you see runners out there as you arrive...you start at 7.30am. 
 

Course Description:

Please stay on the footpaths at all times. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please watch your footing. Follow our course and be responsible for your own safety. 
 

  1. Run around McCormacks Bay all the way to Main Road.

  2. Follow our cones that will take you onto Main Road.

  3. Run up Main Road to Taupata St, turn right.

  4. Continue around which will lead you onto Augusta St and then back on to Main Road. 

  5. KM markers out: 1km*, 3.5km, 4km (refer to your programme for your distance


❗️Advanced and Return programme ( 10km distance):
Out and back to 1km marker then out and back to 4km marker
