Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Course Description:

Please stay on the footpaths at all times. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please watch your footing. Follow our course and be responsible for your own safety.

  • We will start on the other side of the road. Start your watches once you have crossed over. 

  • Run around McCormacks Bay all the way to Main Road.

  • Follow our cones that will take you onto Main Road.

  • Run up Main Road to Taupata St, turn right.

  • Continue around, following our markers that will lead you back onto Main Road, turn left.

  • At Taupata St, turn left. The 4km marker will be along here. 

  • KM markers out: 1km*, 3.5km, 4km

  • Turnaround at your half way marker for your distance (refer to your programme).
     

❗️10km runners: (Advanced and Return programmes)

Out and back to 1km marker then out and back to 4km marker​​
