Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
This is a "timed" run, there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 
 

Session: 70mins

30mins easy (turn 15mins) Course 1

15mins at 80% effort (turn 7.5mins) Course 2

25mins easy (turn 12.5mins) Course 1
 

Course 1 Description:

❗️We start in the opposite direction to what we usually do at this location. 

  1. Run down the riverside pathway onto Fifield Tce.

  2. Continue along to Ensor’s Rd, follow our directions that will take you onto the other side of the river. You are now on Riverlaw Tce.

  3. Follow the river to Armstrong Ave, turn right and up to Centaurus Road. 

  4. Run along Centaurus Road.

  5. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start point and start straight into Set 2 on Course 2…
     

Course 2 Description:

  1. Run past the meeting point and continue along the pathway around Hansen Park coming out onto Louisson Place.

  2.  Follow our cones that will lead you onto Ford Road.

  3. At your turnaround time and reverse the course back to the start point and start straight into your final set back on Course 1.
