Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

​❗️Our RaceTeam group are also starting from this location at 7am. So allow extra time to find a park and be at the session briefing. Don't panic if you see runners out there as you arrive...you start at 7.30am. 
 

Course Description:
All roads are open. Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

  • From the meeting point, run down Eastern Tce to Malcolm Ave. Turn right. 

  • Run to the end and turn right into Waimea Tce. You are now beside the river. 

  • Continue along to Colombo St. Turn left and follow our directions that will lead you into Hunter Tce. You are now back beside the river on the opposite side.

  • Continue along to Malcolm Ave. Turn right. 

  • Run up to Colombo St. Turn left. 

  • At Remuera Ave, turn left and run around to Centaurus Road. Turn left. 

  • Continue along, following the riverside pathway that will lead you behind the Centaurus Road shops and onto Palatine Tce. Continue straight. 

  • At Buxton Tce, turn right and run up to St Martins Road. Turn left. 

  • Continue along, the furthest marker on this course is 5.5km.

  • KM markers out: 1km*, 3.25km, 4.5km, 5.5km (refer to your programme for your distance).

  • At your half way marker, turnaround and reverse the course to the finish.
     

❗️13KM runners: Out and back to 5.5km marker, then out and back to 1km marker.
