Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Course Description:
All roads are open. Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

  • Run along the pathway leading out of Avonhead Park. Turn right. 

  • Run along Hawthornden Road to Kedleston Drive, Turn right. 

  • Run around Kedleston Drive coming out onto Apsley Drive, turn right. 

  • Run along Apsley Drive to Woodbury Street. There is a roundabout here, follow our cones that will lead you to run up Woodbury St to Withells Road. Turn left. 

  • Run up Withells Road to Merrin St roundabout. Cross over here and turn left. 

  • Run up Merrin St to Hawthornden Road, turn right. 

  • Run up to Avonhead Road, turn right.

  • Run along to Withells Road, turn right.

  • KM markers out: 3.25km, 4.5km, 5.5km*

  • Turnaround at your half way marker for your distance (refer to your programme).
     

*13km runners:
Out and back to 5.5km marker then once back at the meeting point, run around Avonhead Park following our markers and cones to the 1km marker and back (see map below)
