Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
You have a "timed" (rather than distance), there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 

80min Run:                                        
20mins easy running (turn 10mins) Course 1
10mins at 10km pace (turn 5mins) Course 2
40mins at race pace (turn 20mins) Course 1
10mins at 10km pace (turn 5mins) Course 2   

 

Course 1 Description: 

  1. Run through Hillsborough Park coming out onto Bishopsworth Street and turn right. 

  2. Run up to Grange Street and turn left. At Aynsley Terrace, turn right.

  3. Our cones will lead you over a bridge and into Louisson Place. Turn left. 

  4. Continue along the pathway that will lead you into Hansen Park. 

  5. Follow the Hansen Park pathway onto Fifield Terrace. 

  6. Run around Fifield Terrace to Ensors Road. 

  7. Follow our cones that will cross you over onto the other side of the river and onto Riverlaw Terrace.

  8. Run along Riverlaw Tce

  9. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the meeting point and start straight into Set 2 on Course 2…
     

Course 2 Description: 

  1. Continue past the meeting point and out of Hillsborough Park, turn right

  2. Run along to Port Hills Road, turn right. 

  3. At Brabourne St follow our cones which will lead you into Brabourne St then onto Bishopsworth St. 

  4. Continue along Bishospworth St to Grange Road, turn left.

  5. At the end turn right onto Ansley Tce

  1. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the meeting point and start straight into Set 3 on Course 1…
