Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive

MORNING GROUP

EVENING GROUP

  • Tuesday 16 April, 5.40pm
    Meeting Point: 
    Netball Courts, South Hagley Park (hospital end of the courts)
    40min easy run

  • Thursday 18 April, 5.40pm
    Meeting Point: Deans Ave side of South Hagley Park (opposite the hospital shuttle carpark)
    25min easy run with surges on return

     

BOTH GROUPS

Session Description: 20min easy run.
If you choose to not do this with the group, make sure you do it solo. 

 

Course Description:

  • We start by running up the pathway towards the netball courts, turn right towards Moorhouse Ave.

  • Run on the left hand side of the path at all times. Follow the perimeter of the park all the way around to your turnaround time - 10mins.

  • Please stay on the pathway at all times and watch out for scooters, cyclists and other using the pathways.

Post Race Catch Up

After your race, we would love to catch up with you to celebrate your race and your 10 week journey with RaceTeam. 

Date: Sunday 21 April
Time: 3.00pm - 5.00pm (CHANGED TIME)
Venue: Dux Central, Emerald Room

 

No need to RSVP, just come along if you can make it for a drink before you head out for dinner or any other plans you may have. Partners welcome!
