Congratulations and Thank You

That's a wrap Raceteam Christchurch!.

What a day! Conditions were pretty good and Christchurch certainly didn't disappoint with it's event, support, autumnal colours, and of course our awesome runners 😜

We have really enjoyed the last 10 weeks with you all, take some time to reflect on what you have achieved with the team, now it's time to recover this week and enjoy that post run feeling. 


We are very proud of you and the coaching team have enjoyed every session with you. We hope you are taking some great memories away from this team, you are a pretty special bunch of people. 

Have you watched your Final Meeting?

After any training block or race completed, it's always good to take some time to reflect on your performance.

Login to your portal any watch Coach Bevan's video as he woks through some reflection work with you. It's a valuable thing to do and will help prepare you for your next goal.

Our next RaceTeam for this year is RaceTeam Wellington which starts Monday 21 April
(...yes, Easter Monday)


We recommend you have a week of recovery following your Christchurch race, rest, recover and reset and get ready join us for RaceTeam Wellington.

Final Words

Just finally, on behalf of all of us at Extra Mile Runners, thank you for letting us be part of your running journey. We have really enjoyed getting to know our new faces and help develop those of you who have been with us for a while!  ​It has been a wonderful team full of amazing people and we are very privileged to have been part of it!
