This map is for both you and our Club10k group, you will be doing a portion of this course.
Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

After your 5min strength warm up...

Cross over safely at the start. Start your watches once you have crossed over.

You are running on the seaside pathway heading towards Houghton Bay and Lyall Bay.

Continue along the waterfront pathway all the way to your turnaround marker or turnaround time

For those of you doing the 'Return' programme, the 4km marker will be out for you
-
Out and back course for all (come back in exactly the same direction).

Post Final Run Coffee
After your final run, we would love to catch up with you for a post run coffee and catch up.
When: Saturday 10 May
Where: Revive Espresso, 2 Lochy Street, Petone
Time: After your final run and all the team is in, we will head on down!
