This map is for both you and our Club10k group, you will be doing a portion of this course.
Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

After your strength circuit - we start our walk/jog sets.

Use the zebra crossing to crossover Lyall Parade carefully so you are on the seaside pathway.

Follow the pathway towards Houghton Bay until your turnaround marker or turnaround time.

For our runners doing the Return programme, there will be a 3.5km marker out for you.
All of our other levels are running to time. -
Out and back course for all (come back in exactly the same direction).
