Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and to allow others to pass you. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

 

  • Run along Eastern Tce to Tennyson St, turn left.

  • Take the first left onto Norwood St. Run to the end and turn right into Sandwich Road.

  • Run to the end, turn right. You are now beside the river.

  • Continue along to Colombo St, turn left.

  • Follow our cones that will lead you into Hunter Tce, you are now back beside the river on the other side. 

  • Run along to Malcolm Ave, turn right.

  • Run up to Colombo St, turn left.

  • Turn left into Remuera Ave and run around onto Centaurus Rd.

  • For those of you doing the Return programme, the 4km marker will be out for you on Centaurus Road.
