Course Description:​

Please stay on the footpaths at all times. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please watch your footing. Follow our course and be responsible for your own safety. 
 

  • After your coach-lead strength circuit...

  • Run around McCormacks Bay all the way to Main Road.

  • Follow our cones that will take you onto Main Road.

  • Run up Main Road to Augusta Street, turn right.

  • Continue along and around onto Taupata Street.

  • Everyone is running to time (refer to your programme)
