  • Saturday 22 March, 7.30am
    Meeting Point: Beckenham Park, Eastern Tce side

    ❗️We have one of our groups starting from this location at 7am, so don't panic if you see runners out there already when you arrive. Allow a little extra time to find a park so you are at the session briefing. 

    See map below. This map is for all of our running groups, you will be doing a portion of this course, disregard the KM markers on the image below.

 

Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast follow our course (cones and chalk). There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care. Your safety is your own responsibility. 

  • After your coach-lead strength circuit...

  • Run along Eastern Tce to Sandwich Rd, turn right

  • Run to the end and turn right into Waimea Tce. You are now beside the river.

  • Continue along to Colombo St, turn left.

  • Follow our cones that will lead you into Hunter Tce, you are now back beside the river on the other side. 

  • Turnaround at your turnaround time (refer to your programme).
