Week 1 Session Timetable

Course Description:

  1. All roads are open

  2. Please stay on the footpath at all times

  3. Follow our course that is marked out by chalk and cones

  4. Please stay alert and make sur eyou can hear what is going on around you

  5. There are some uneven surfaces, so watch your footing

  6. Your safety is your own responsibility

  • After your coach-lead strength circuit...

  • Run around the pathway within Hansen Park, coming our onto Louisson Place. 

  • Follow our directions onto Ford Road. 

  • At the end of Ford Road, turn right. You are now beside the river on Fifield Tce.

  • Continue along to Ensor’s Road. Follow our directions that will cross you over onto the other side of the river.

  • ​Turnaround at your turnaround time (refer to your programme) and reverse the course to the finish.
