Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive

Course Description:
All roads are open. Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

 

  • From Cog Park, run towards Oriental Parade to the 4km marker. 

  • Reverse the course back to the start.

  • All programme levels are running 8km.

  • Refer to your programme for the objective for this session based on your programme level.
