Week 3

Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive

Course Description:
All roads are open. Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.
 

  • Cross over safely at the start. Start your watches once you have crossed over. 

  • You are running on the seaside pathway heading towards Houghton Bay and Lyall Bay. 

  • Continue along the waterfront pathway all the way to your turnaround marker

  • KM markers out: 2.5km*, 3.25km, 4km

  • Run to your half way marker, turnaround and reverse the course back tot he start

  • Please refer to your programme for your programmed distance

    * Advanced Programme (13km):
    You have 2 sections to your run:
    Out and back to 4km marker
    Out and back to 2.5km marker
