10km Run

Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive


Course Description:
Please run on the path at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and be responsible for your own safety.

​

  • This is an out and back run to the 2.5km marker x 2 laps

  • From the start line, follow the pathway along the foreshore.

  • Continue along until the 2.5km marker. 

  • Turnaround and reverse the course back to the start/finish - REPEAT.

  • There will be no coaches with you on your final, run. This is about you doing it on your own and putting into practice everything you have learned over the 8 weeks with your team.

Post Final Run Coffee

After your final run, we would love to catch up with you for a post run coffee and catch up. 

When: Saturday 14 December
Where: Revive Espresso, 2 Lochy Street, Petone
Time: After your final run and all the team is in, we will head on down!
