BOTH GROUPS: FINAL 10km RUN!

Course Description:

  • Please stay on the left hand side of the pathway at all times

  • Watch out for cyclists, scooters and others using the park pathway 

  • There are some uneven surfaces on this course, so watch your footing

  • Check before you turn around!

  • If you choose to wear a listening device, you must be able to hear what is going on around you. 

  • Your safety is your responsibility.

     

  1. We will set you off on a warm up first and then we'll start you off on your 5km run at approximately 7.45am. 

  2. This is an out and back run - you run to the 5km marker, turn around and come back the same way.

  3. Run along the middle pathway towards the netball courts. At the end, turn left and run towards the hospital.

  4. Continue around the perimeter pathway of Sth Hagley Park until the 5km marker.

  5. Turnaround and reverse the course to your finish line (you will pass the 5km marker on your outward leg of this course).

  6. There are no coaches with you - this one you do on your own 🤩


⏰ If you think your 10km run will take you longer than 1hr 15mins, you can start at 7am.
