Session Description:
This is a "timed" run, there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 
 

Session: 70mins

  • 30mins easy (turn 15mins) Course 2
    ❗️Note that you start. your session on Course 2 (joining in with  RaceTeam who start earlier)

  • 15mins at 80% effort (turn 7.5mins) Course 1

  • 25mins easy (turn 12.5mins) Course 2
     

Course 2 Description:

  • Run along the pathway around the perimeter of Avonhead Park. At our markers, turn left and exit the park coming out into Chesterfield Mews.

  • Follow our cones and markers that will lead you onto Woodbury St. At the end, turn left onto Cutts Road. 

  • Run all the way down Cutts Road to Yaldhurst Road, turn right. If you get as far as Fovant St,   turn right. 

  • Turn at your turn time and reverse the course and then continue straight into Set 2 on Course 1….
     

Course 1 Description:

  • Run along the pathway leading out of Avonhead Park. Turn right. 

  • Run along to Kedleston Drive. Turn right. 

  • Run around Kedleston Drive coming out onto Apsley Drive, turn right. 

  • Run along Apsley Drive to Woodbury Street. There is a roundabout here, follow our cones that will lead you to run up Woodbury St to Withells Road. Turn left. 

  • Run up Withells Road to Merrin St roundabout. Cross over here and turn left. 

  • Run up Merrin St to Hawthornden Road, turn right. 

  • Turn at your turn time and reverse the course and then continue straight into Set 3 on Course 2….
