Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and to allow others to pass you. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

  • Run through Hillsborough Park coming out onto Bishopsworth St, turn right.

  • Run along to Grange St, turn left.

  • At the end of Grange St, turn left onto Aynsley Tce.

  • Cross over onto the other side at our cones and continue up to Centaurus Rd, turn right.

  • At Armstrong Ave, turn right which will lead you to the river. Turn left.

  • Follow Riverlaw Tce all the way to the Ensors Road intersection. Follow our cones that will cross you onto the other side of the river.

  • Follow the river all the way to Hansen Park. Follow the pathway around Hansen Park.

  • KM markers out: 1km*, 4.5km, 6km - refer to your programme for your programme level's distance
     

*14km runners: Out and back to 6km, then out and back to 1km marker
