Course Description:
❗️Slightly different start on this course to normal

Run down Opawa Road to Garlands Road, turn let.

At the end of Garlands Road, turn left onto Aynsley Tce.

Continue along to Centaurus Rd, turn right.

At Armstrong Ave, follow our directions hat will take you down to Riverlaw Tce. You are now beside the river.

Continue along to Ensors Road. Cross over the bridge and onto Fifield Tce. You are now on the opposite side of the river.

Continue along Fifield Tce which will lead you into Hansen Park.

Continue along the pathway in Hansen Park.

KM markers out: 1km*, 4.5km, 6km
9km runners: Turn at the 4.5km marker
12km runners: Out and back to 6km marker
*14km runners: Out and back to 1km marker, then out and back to 6km marker
