Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive




Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and to allow others to pass you. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.


  • Run up Lyttelton St to Sparks Road, turn left.

  • Turn left into the pathway that follows the perimeter of Centennial Park, coming out onto Rose St. 

  • Cross over Rose St carefully at our cones, turn right and run up to Hoonhay Road. Turn left. 

  • Run along Hoonhay Road that will direct you onto Cashmere Road. 

  • Continue along the pathway beside the river to Barrington St.

  • At Barrington Street, cross over at our cones carefully (busy roundabout) and onto Cashmere Road. 

  • Turn left into Thorrington Road and run along coming back out onto Colombo St, turn left. 

  • Run up Colombo St to Ashgrove Tce and follow our cones that will lead you onto Ashgrove Terrace. Run along to Barrington St, turn right. 

  • Turn right into Somerfield St. The furthest marker on this course in 6.5km. 

  • KM makers Out: 500m*, 4.5km, 6km, 6.5km

*14km runners: Out and back to 6.5km, then out and back to 500m marker
