Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and to allow others to pass you. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

  • Run around Hansen Park, coming out onto Louisson Place, turn left and onto Ford Road.

  • Continue along Ford Road to the end and turn right into Field Terrace.

  • Run along to Ensors Road/St Martins Road and follow our cones that will cross you over the bridge and onto Riverlaw Terrace. You are now on the opposite side of the river running back towards Hansen Park.

  • Continue along Riverlaw Tce to Armstrong Ave, turn right and run up to Centaurus Road.

  • Run along Centaurus Road and turn left into Aynsley Terrace.

  • Run up to Grange Street, turn right. 

  • At the end, turn right and run along Opawa Rd to Port Hills Road, turn right. 

  • Turn at your half way marker and reverse the course

  • KM markers out: 1km*, 4.5km, 6km - refer to your programme for your programme level's distance.
     

*14km runners: Out and back to 1km, then out and back to 6km marker
