Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
This is a "timed" run, there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 
 

Session: 60mins
❗️You will be joining in with RaceTeam who start early..your first set will be on Course 2

30mins easy (turn 15mins) Course 2

10mins at 80% effort (turn 5mins) Course 1

20mins easy (turn 10mins) Course 2
 

Course 2 Description:

  1. Run up to Barrington St, turn left .

  2. Run along Barrington St to Frankleigh Ave, turn left.

  3. At Lyttelton St, turn left.

  4. At your turnaround time and reverse the course back to the start point and start straight into your next set on Course 1 ...


Course 1 Description:

  1. Run along the riverside pathway passed Princess Margaret and onto Cashmere Road. 

  2. At Hoonhay Rd, turn right.

  3. At Rose St, turn right.

  4. Run along Rose Street to Barrington St, turn right. 

  5. At your turnaround time, reverse the course back to the start point and start straight into your final Set on Course
