Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive


Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

  • From Cog Park, follow Evans Bay Parade towards Oriental Parade

  • Turn around at your half way marker or your turnaround time

  • KM markers out: 1km*, 2.5km, 3km

  • Refer to your programme for your programme level distance and turnaround at your halfway distance marker. 

    Advanced Programme: You have 2 sections to your run:
    Section 1: Out and back to 3km marker towards Oriental Parade
    Section 2: Out and back to 1km marker towards Shelly Bay
