Session Notes:
At the start of each session, our coaches will take you through body weight, strength circuit. Please bring a yoga mat/mat for this as some of the movements are done on the ground. No other equipment is needed.
Our Get up to Five team will also do this circuit at the start of the session.
❗️Friday Session
Your Friday session is your longer run: 50mins.
You won't do the strength circuit at the start of the session so you don't need to bring your mats.
Our coach will start you straight off on your 50min run. You have some pace work within this session, so please check out the programme for the pace objectives.
