Week 1 Session Timetable

Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive

 

Session Notes:

At the start of each session, our coaches will take you through body weight, strength circuit. Please bring a yoga mat/mat for this as some of the movements are done on the ground. No other equipment is needed. 
Our Club10k team will also do this circuit at the start of the session. 

 

❗️Return Programme: Friday Session
For those of you dong the Return programme level for this group, your Friday session is your endurance run - 50mins. 

 

You won't do the strength circuit at the start of the session so you don't need to bring your mats.

Our coach will start you straight off on your 50min run. In Weeks 1-4, this is an easy jog (gossip pace), in Weeks 5-7 we want you to aim for a negative split (slightly faster second half).
