Week 1 Session Timetable

Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive

  • Saturday 26 October
    Start Time: 7.30am - please be at the session briefing
    Session Duration: 7.30am - 9am
    📍Our Saturday sessions have a session duration time of 90mins. If you feel you will take longer than this at the Saturday sessions throughout the programme, please take your car keys with you as our coaches will be off the course at 9am.

    Meeting Point: Cog Park, Evans Bay Parade, meeting between the two buildings

    This map is for both you and our Club10k group, you will be doing a portion of this course.

 

Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

  • After your strength circuit - we start our walk/jog sets

  • Run along the pathway towards Oriental Parade

  • At your turnaround time (refer to your programme), turnaround and reverse the course back to the start. 

  • Turnaround at your turnaround time (please refer to your programme).
