Your final run is here
5 weeks ago we started this programme together, many of you were extending on from the previous 8 week programme - and we also had some familiar and new faces join the team!
Our goal was to keep you moving and use the group to improve your running as well as provide an environment that is supportive and fun - we all need to look after ourselves at the moment and we want to help you look after you.
Whatever your reason is for running, we hope that we have helped nurture you and develop you - and we want to continue to keep you running and facilitating your growth.
We hope you are proud of what you have achieved yourselves, but we have to say, our team is incredibly proud of you all.
Bring it on.
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please cross over roads where we indicate with cones.

It is an out and back run - you run to the 2.5km marker, turn around and come back the same way. There will be a 1km, 2km and 2.5km marker out for you.
We will set you off on a warm up and then we'll start you off on your 5km run at approximately 7.45am.
Note: You may see some RaceTeam Epic runners out there on your return leg - they have their Final Run too, they are doing a different course to you. Please follow your BLUE markers.
There will be no coaches, it will be about you doing it by yourself. Bring it on!

Post Run Massage
We have arranged for students from the New Zealand College of Massage to be at the finish line on Saturday to give you a post-run massage. The newly skilled students from NZCM have completed their sports massage training and are completing required hours in the community.
Massages will be provided in 10 minute blocks from 8.45am onwards and will be at a cost of a gold coin donation per massage so bring some coins if you want to treat your tired legs after your run!
Our next Get up to Five and Club10k programmes start 31 August and are 8 week programmes.
We would love to see back to keep your running routine up and to help you take you to the next level within yourselves.
