Your final run is here
8 weeks ago we started this journey together, some of you were brand new to Extra Mile Runners and didn't quite know what to expect and we know many of you were nervous and doubtful - 8 weeks later you are about to run your 5km.
For some of you this is your first time, for others it's about improving on your last 5km and have gained more experience but for all of you, it is about putting into practice the lessons you have learnt over the last 8 weeks and achieving your own goal to the best of your ability.
This has been a journey that has developed friendships, created belief in your ability and has hopefully given you a taste of the buzz of running.
We hope you are proud of what you have achieved yourselves, but we have to say, our team is incredibly proud of you all.

Coffee: We would love to see you at Coffee Culture on Lincoln Road after your final run for a coffee and a catch up!
Please run on the path at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and be responsible for your own safety.
It is an out and back run - you run to the 2.5km marker, turn around and come back the same way. There will be a 1km, 2km and 2.5km marker out for you.
We will set you off on a warm up and then we'll start you off on your 5km run at approximately 7.45am.
There will be no coaches, it will be about you doing it by yourself. Bring it on!
