Your final run is here
5 weeks ago we started this programme together, many of you were extending on from the previous 8 week programme and we were so happy to see you continue.
Our goal was to keep you moving and use the group to improve your running as well as provide an environment that is supportive and fun - we all need to look after ourselves at the moment and we want to help you look after you.
Whatever your reason is for running, we hope that we have helped nurture you and develop you - and we want to continue to keep you running and facilitating your growth.
We hope you are proud of what you have achieved yourselves, but we have to say, our team is incredibly proud of you all.
Final Run Details
Please run on the path at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and be responsible for your own safety.
This is an out and back run, x 2 laps
From the start line, follow the pathway around Waitangi Park (see Start Map below).
Continue along Oriental Parade until the 2.5km marker.
Turnaround and reverse the course back to start/finish. REPEAT.
There will be no coaches with you on your final, run. This is about you doing it on your own and putting into practice everything you have learned over the 8 weeks with your team.

Our next Get up to Five and Club10k programmes start 31 August and are 8 week programmes.
We would love to see you back and help keep you running with your team and help you find your next level within yourself as a runner.
If you haven't already registered you can do that below. Registrations close Sunday evening (5.00pm, Sunday 30 August)
We would love it if you could join us for a cup of coffee after your final run at Coenes, 103 Oriental Parade once everyone has finished we will see you there for a catch up ;o)
