Week 4

Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive

Course Description:
There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.

 

  • From the meeting point, run along Evans Bay Parade towards the city. 

  • Continue along until your turnaround point.

  • KM markers out: 1km*, 1.5km*, 3.5km

  • Reverse the course back to the finish. 
     

❗️All runners turn at the 3.5km marker, this is the furthest marker on this course.

7km runners: (Beginner programme)
Out and back to 3.5km marker.

 

9km runners: (Intermediate programme)

Out and back to 3.5km marker, then out and back to the 1km marker (same direction)

 

10km runners: (Advanced programme)

Out and back to 3.5km marker, then out and back to the 1.5km marker (same direction)
