Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive




Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and to
allow others to pass you. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.


  • Run around Hansen Park in an anti-clockwise direction coming out onto Louisson Place. Follow our cones onto Ford Road.

  • Run up Ford Road to Fifield Tce. Turn right.

  • Run along Fifield Tce to Ensors Road. Follow our cones over the bridge and onto the other side of the river - you are now on Riverlaw Tce running back towards Hansen Park. 

  • Continue along to Armstrong Ave, turn right running up to Centaurus Road.

  • Run along Centaurus Road.

  • KM makers out 4km

  • All programme levels are running 8km. See below for your session objective based on the programme level you are doing.

Beginner: 8km - no intensity, easy running.

Advanced: 8km Fast - this is an uncomfortable run working at your own pace that makes you work hard.

Return: 8km Fast - this is 'all out' for you guys, work at the pace you know you can maintain for the 8km distance and be wise with your pace strategy.
