Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
This is a "timed" run, there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 
 

Session: 85mins

30mins easy (turn 15mins) Course 1

15mins at 80% effort (turn 7.5mins) Course 2

40mins easy (turn 20mins) Course 1
 

Course 1 Description:

  1. From the meeting point, run down Eastern Tce to Fisher Ave. Turn left. 

  2. Run to the end and turn left onto Colombo St. 

  3. Follow our directions that will lead you into Hunter Tce. You are now beside the river.

  4. Continue along to Malcolm Ave. Turn right. 

  5. Run up to Colombo St. Turn left. 

  6. At Remuera Ave, turn left and run around to Centaurus Road. Turn left. 

  7. Turn left into Sloan Tce.

  8. At your turnaround time, reverse the course to the start point.

  9. Once back at the start, continue straight in to Set 2 on Course 2…
     

Course 2 Description:

  1. Run past the meeting point and turn right onto Sandwich Road.

  2. Run to the end and turn right onto Waimea Tce, you re beside the river. 

  3. Run along to Colombo St, turn left.

  4. Continue along Colombo St

  5. At your turnaround time, reverse the course and once back at the start, continue straight in to Set 2 back on Course 1…
