Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Please 'check in' with the coach when you arrive




Course Description:
Please run on the paved pathway at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast and allow others to pass you within the park. There are some uneven surfaces on this course so please take care and be responsible for your own safety.


  • From Scott Park, follow the Coastal Pathway around Beachville Road and all the way out towards Sumner. 

  • At Cave Rock, run along the beachside Esplanade pathway to the end.

  • KM markers out: 3.75km, 5.5km, 6km

  • Turnaround at your half way marker for your distance (refer to your programme).

You will see our half marathon team (Raceteam) out on your course at times. They are also running along the Coastal Pathway but from the opposite direction to you/different meeting point.
