Meeting Points, Times and Locations for this Week's Sessions

Session Description:
This is a "timed" run, there are 2 courses for you to follow. Please know the turnaround times and the pace objectives for each set. There is no recovery between each set. 
 

Session: 50mins

30mins easy (turn 15mins) Course 1

10mins at  80% effort (turn 5mins) Course 2

10mins easy (turn 5mins) Course 1
 

Course 1 Description:

  1. Run around the pathway within Hansen Park, coming our onto Louisson Place. 

  2. Follow our directions onto Ford Road. 

  3. At the end of Ford Road, turn right. You are now beside the river on Fifield Tce.

  4. Continue along to Ensor’s Road. Follow our directions that will cross you over onto the other side of the river.

  5. Turn at your turn time and reverse the course and continue straight into Set 2 of Course 2
     

Course 2 Description

  1. Run past the start point and along the pathway taking you onto Fifield Tce.

  2. Continue along and turn right onto Beckford Road.

  3. Follow our directions that will lead you onto Hawford Road. 

  4. Turn at your turn time and reverse the course and continue straight into your final Set on Course 1
