    Meeting Point: McCormacks Bay Reserve, McCormacks Bay Road

    Note: We have our RaceTeam group starting from this location earlier, so please allow enough time to find a park and be at the session briefing at 7.30am

Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast follow our course (cones and chalk). Your safety is your own responsibility.

  • We will start on the other side of the road. Start your watches once you have crossed over. 

  • Run around McCormacks Bay all the way to Main Road.

  • Follow our cones that will take you onto Main Road.

  • Run up Main Road to Augusta Street, turn right.

  • Continue along and around onto Taupata Street

  • Continue along and turn left into James Street.

  • KM markers out: 2.5km, 3.5km, 4km

  • Turnaround at your half way marker - refer to your programme for your programme level distance.
