Note: We have our RaceTeam group starting from this location earlier, so please allow enough time to find a park and be at the session briefing at 7.30am

Course Description:
Please run on the footpath at all times and keep left. Please don't run any more than 2 abreast follow our course (cones and chalk). Your safety is your own responsibility.

We will start on the other side of the road. Start your watches once you have crossed over.

Run around McCormacks Bay all the way to Main Road.

Follow our cones that will take you onto Main Road.

Run up Main Road to Augusta Street, turn right.

Continue along and around onto Taupata Street

Continue along and turn left into James Street.

KM markers out: 2.5km, 3.5km, 4km

Turnaround at your half way marker - refer to your programme for your programme level distance.
