10km complete

Congratulations team! A stunning morning this morning! There were a lot of very happy runners at that finish line!

We have really enjoyed the last 5 weeks with you all, it has been a strange old time lately and we always feel privileged as a coaching team to see you at your best..even on those tough days. Thank you for being awesome.

Take some time to reflect on what you have achieved over the last 5 weeks - so often we keep looking ahead at the next goal, but it is important to also see how far you have come ;o) We are very proud of you and can't wait to see where you take your running to next level.
